I really love the look of robots and designing how they might fit together. This project took a lot of time and patience to get the small details.
The blue wire wrapped around the robot is a light strip that is activated by pressing a button underneath the base. I used old electronic pieces to glue around the rock to show the destruction and dystopian nature of the world the robot would live in. The majority of it is made in ceramic.
Rat Queen

The Rat Queen and her rat was made using a slipcast I made of a thrifted doll that I disassembled. The head model I made myself to get different proportions. I used a variety of materials to make the clothes and acessories, as well as tools like scissors and pins to be her weapons.
The project was inspired by an old illustration I had done of the character, who was inspired by media like Arrietty and Thumbelina.
